This article uses CiteSpace software to visualize the distribution of research hotspots by means of high co-occurrence keywords, burst words, high co-citation literature, major researchers, etc. It also explores the evolution track and development frontier of knowledge clustering such as social media and crisis communication. Results show that effective disposal of public health emergencies needs to enhance the value of big data information system, pay equal attention to data chain and service chain of multi-party communication and cooperation.
