为应对世界范围内的气候变化、积极推进生态城市发展建设,中国提出了碳达峰、碳中和目标。通过解析“双碳”目标产生的背景和内涵,结合国内外相关理论和实践探索,总结了低碳目标下的城市发展策略,从空间环境、绿色交通、低碳产业、能源循环利用、支撑体系等方面提出了新时期生态城市的发展战略与实施路径。

In order to cope with the global climate change and to actively promote the development and the construction of ecocities, China has proposed the dual carbon goal of the carbon peaking and the carbon neutrality. By analyzing the background and the connotation of the dual carbon goal as well as the relevant theory and practice at home and abroad, this paper reviews the urban development strategies of the low carbon goal, then puts forward suggestions of the development strategy and the implementation path of the ecological city in the new period from the aspects of the space environment, the transportation, the low carbon industry, the energy resource recycling, the supporting system, among others.
