采用离心自蔓延技术在紫铜管内壁制备了耐腐蚀耐磨涂层。通过SEM、硬度测试、电化学测试等手段对陶瓷内衬功能梯度涂层的形貌进行分析,研究了陶瓷涂层的硬度、耐磨性、耐腐蚀等性能。结果表明:梯度功能涂层由陶瓷内衬层-金属过渡层-铜基体层 3 层组成,层与层之间整齐均匀,结合致密;涂层硬度显著提高,并且具有良好的抗干湿交替盐雾腐蚀能力;陶瓷内衬层较铜基体耐磨性提高了1倍。
