围栏封育是恢复退化草场的主要措施,但随着围栏年限增加,围栏产生的不利影响日益凸显。土壤微生物是评价草地土壤质量的重要参数,通过综述围栏工程对土壤理化性质、细菌、真菌和功能微生物类群的影响,总结了土壤理化指标和土壤微生物对围栏封育的响应,表明可以根据相关指标来综合评价退化草地土壤的恢复效果,提出合理的围栏时间,以进一步改善和恢复退化草地的生态功能。
