The concept of the organizational power is defined, and its constituent elements are identified in terms of introversion and extroversion according to the connotation of the organizational power, and at the same time the evidence-based research methods are adopted to analyze the six societies that are fighting the COVID-19 to collect evidence to verify whether the proposed constituent elements of the organizational power can be supported by the evidence. The research results show that the organizational power of societies, associations and research societies is composed of the knowledge guidance, the value realization of introversion, innovation and development, the service mobilization of extroversion, and the dual nature of the implementation supervision, the leadership standards, the cohesion and the collaboration, and the resource allocation.     对学会、协会和研究会组织力概念和内涵进行了界定,提出了学会、协会和研究会组织力的构成要素,并采用循证研究方法,以中国药学会等参与应对新冠疫情的6个学会为分析对象,收集证据验证了组织力构成要素的合理性。研究结果表明,学会、协会和研究会的组织力由知识引导、价值实现等内向作用要素,创新发展、服务动员等外向作用要素,以及具有双重性质的执行监督、领导规范、凝聚协作和资源配置等要素构成。
