在脱贫攻坚阶段，十八洞村走出了一条可复制可推广的扶贫之路。在后脱贫时代，如何进一步实施乡村振兴战略，是新时代中国农村发展的主要任务。作为全国脱贫攻坚楷模的十八洞村，应继续扛起精准扶贫首倡地的历史责任，打造脱贫地区乡村振兴的先行示范区。基于多年实地调研与思考，从产业发展、文旅融合、土地整治、乡村治理、片区联动等方面提出了十八洞村乡村振兴战略实施的有效路径，以期助力精准脱贫首倡之地在乡村振兴路上，走在前、作示范，展现首倡之为，发出首倡之声。
