农业科技创新是巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴有效衔接的重要支撑。中国农业科技创新聚焦产业发展瓶颈和需求不够，存在有效供给不足、推广方式与新型经营主体不相适宜、科技服务组织不健全、科技人才匮乏、科技创新体制机制不完善等方面问题。建议从创新、推广、服务、人才、政策5个子体系，建立需求导向型农业科技创新支撑体系，助力脱贫攻坚和乡村振兴有效衔接。

Agricultural science and technological (S&T) innovation is the important support for consolidating the results of poverty alleviation and comprehensively promoting rural revitalization.
