In our country,the studies of the regional scientific ethics governance are still rare. This paper analyzes the current situation of the scientific research ethics governance in Guangdong Province and it is shown that the number of the ethic committees or the institutional review boards is inadequate, their professionalism is in a low level, as well as the information sharing and linkage among ethical supervision departments of the scientific research projects, no enough attention is paid to the areas other than the life sciences,no adequate preventive mechanism before publication is established,more educations with respect to the research ethics is needed and it is necessary to establish a governance system for new technologies such as internet technologies. 调研了广东省科研伦理现状，发现广东省科研伦理治理存在伦理委员会覆盖面窄且能力不足、科研项目伦理监管部门信息共享和联动欠缺、对非生命科学领域重视程度不够、成果发表前的预防机制缺乏、科研伦理教育待普及、互联网等新技术的科研伦理治理体系待建立等问题。围绕这些问题提出了具有针对性的对策建议。
The scientific research ethics governance to standardize the scientific research activities is important to ensure the healthy development of science and technology.
