    结合城市燃气输配关键内容,分析了中国废弃煤矿井资源及利用的现状和特点,研究了废弃煤矿井永久地下空间作为城市天然气储存空间的限制条件,提出了废弃煤矿井储存天然气的思路。分析表明,密封性是废弃煤矿井储存天然气的限制条件,可根据城市调峰气量的确定,利用废弃煤矿井井下的永久性地下空间,并配合井下空间的改造及地面工程建设,实现废弃煤矿井作为地下储气库,以有效解决城市不同时段的天然气供需不平衡问题。
