Finally, achievements from environmental testing should be engaged to the whole process of aeronautical products designing, manufacturing, application and maintenance, so that the technical mode route     围绕型号设计研制单位以及部队装备论证、试验、使用、维修单位在航空材料及产品环境试验数据需求热点、数据资源共享、数据展现形式等方面的需要,分析发现:(1)在严酷自然环境及诱发环境、航空装备微气候环境、实际使用环境条件、环境-工况耦合作用等热点方面系统积累环境因素数据以及航空材料、涂层、结构、产品的环境效应数据,并研究环境损伤规律、性能退化规律、失效破坏机制;(2)建立环境试验的数字化管理框架以及数据共享和信息交换的支撑环境,为环境试验的应用提供信息平台;(3)加强环境试验数据的分析和二次开发,提取隐藏的环境试验知识。将环境试验及其成果贯穿于航空装备的设计、制造、使用和维护全过程,可实现“预测-防护”的技术模式。
