Based on the analyses of the results obtained based on these platforms, the characteristics and the development trends of these technology transaction platforms are discussed:the enterprises are taken as the key actors of the technology trading; they become more internationalized and increase in scope; and they serve the whole process of industrial innovation and entrepreneurship.
