“一带一路”沿线国家所处的地理环境比较复杂,气候条件多样,频繁的自然灾害对人类的生命财产造成严重损失。从对地观测科技支撑“一带一路”减灾工作切入,梳理了全球空间技术进展,概述了“一带一路”空间减灾研究进展,并以滑坡为例,阐述了新技术支持下的空间减灾科技服务。推动“一带一路”沿线国家的防灾减灾工作不仅有助于加强丝路科技创新合作,还有助于加强国家外交战略互信,保障人民的生命财产安全。
