Healthy safety can guarantee and promote the physical health, mental health and good social adaptability of beauty seekers so that it is the basic ethical regulations that micro-surgery system should firstly follow. Humanitarian dignity can maintain and improve human dignity of beauty seeker's life and social dignity so that it is the ethical target principle that micro-plastic surgery system should observe. Some good social regulations are the ethical guarantee of a fair, democratic, healthy and sustainable development micro-surgery system.
