大数据、数字孪生等新技术引发了人们对制造模式的新思考,结合《中国制造2025》中制造业服务化重要内容,提出一种数字孪生驱动的大数据制造服务新模式。从智能制造与数字孪生、制造服务模式方面综述了国内外相关研究进展;提出了一个数字孪生驱动的大数据制造模式开放式体系架构及其运作逻辑;从数字孪生驱动的2个世界及其描述、数字孪生与大数据的结合、大数据制造服务模式中模型建立与优化3个方面对大数据制造服务模式使能技术进行了研究。该制造服务模式对促进中国传统制造企业转型升级和提升新国际竞争环境下综合竞争力具有理论和现实意义。
New technologies such as digital twin and big data etc., have triggered people's new thinking on manufacturing mode. Therefore, this paper proposes a new model of big data manufacturing services driven by digital twin, combining with the important content of manufacturing services in the "Made in China 2025" plan.
