articleAbstract=130多年前，赫胥黎在一次题为《科学与艺术》的讲演中说：“科学和艺术就是自然这块奖章的正面和反面，它的一面以感情来表达事物永恒的秩序，另一面则以思想表达事物的永恒秩序。”李政道在给柳城《电影三字经》的序言中写道：“我一直有一个信念，那就是科学与艺术是人类认识世界与表达世界的不同道路，这两条道路并不是楚河汉界，也不是泾渭分明，更不是永不相交的平行线。恰恰相反，这两条道路通向了一个共同的高峰：真、善、美。作为个体的科学家和艺术家，他们在不同的领域向这共同的目标奋进。”李政道从20世纪80年代以来就一直提倡科学和艺术的交融，他曾经邀请很多画家，用画笔把物理学中的一些基本理论用画笔表现出来。后来他主编出版了一部大型的画册《科学与艺术》，其中有吴作人、李可染、黄胄、吴冠中等当代中国著名画家的作品。2017年11月，李政道发起成立了中华国际科学交流基金会“科学与艺术委员会”，并担任名誉主席，我应邀为成立大会写了题词（图1）。,
