    The Eastern Hemisphere Space Environment Integrated Monitoring Meridian Chain Project (the Meridian Project) is the first national major science and technology infrastructure project in the space weather field. The Meridian Project has the special characteristics of multi-department co-construction and co-management, wide geographical span, various monitoring methods, and a huge amount of equipment category, which give rise to a series of challenges in terms of organization and management of the engineering construction.
