信息技术广泛应用成为信息化时代主要国家推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的有效手段。信息化时代必须将信息技术创新与国家治理体系改革结合起来，实现信息化与国家治理现代化并举。从信息化与国家治理现代化协同演进的关系视角，重新审视了信息化支撑国家治理现代化的经验、问题及挑战，探讨了面向未来促进信息化与国家治理现代化协同发展的重点任务。

Extensive application of information technology has become an effective means for major countries to promote modernization of national governance system and governance capacity.
