颠覆性技术的发展水平和国际竞争力将影响国家未来竞争力和经济安全。根据颠覆性技术的特征,基于战略生态位管理(SNM)理论,从技术、市场和环境3个维度提出了评价颠覆性技术国际竞争力的模型和方法。在此基础上,以人工智能为例进行了实证研究,分析了中、美、法、德、英、日6国的竞争力状况。

Disruptive technologies of a country, especially its competitiveness level compared to other countries, will affect the country's future competitiveness and economic security. In this study, we present the competitiveness evaluation model and method for disruptive technology from three aspects, i.e., "technology-market-environment" using the strategic niche management (SNM) theory and the characteristics of disruptive technology.
