Foreign scholars mainly focus on the human resource ecology. The theoretical exploration and the practical application were made of the construction and the evaluation of talent ecological environment, with remarkable achievements. This paper reviews the status quo of the research of the talent ecological environment, and its limitations in terms of the concept definition, the constitutive elements and the empirical analysis.
