人才生态学是中国独创的一门学科,国外学者对该领域的研究主要聚焦于人力资源生态学。当前中国学者针对人才生态环境的建设和评价进行了理论探索和实践应用研究,取得了一些成果。综述了人才生态环境研究的现状,提出了人才生态环境研究在概念界定、构成要素和实证分析等方面存在的局限性。未来应运用生态学的理论方法,促进其理论体系架构、不同人才区分和生态因子识别等方面的进一步研究,为优化人才生态环境提供改革思路。
Talent ecology is a discipline developed originally in China. Foreign scholars mainly focus on the human resource ecology. The theoretical exploration and the practical application were made of the construction and the evaluation of talent ecological environment, with remarkable achievements.
