针对国家发展与能源安全战略要求，国内主要石油公司开展和研究部署了提升国内油气勘探开发力度、保障国家能源安全等工作。从油田年度计划审核入手，阐述了油田生产过程中产能项目效益评价、项目过程管理规范和效益产量分类标准制定的现状；结合制约效益开发和精益生产的问题，从精益生产、优化运行、效益发展及经营战略等方面提出对策和建议。

In response to the national development and energy security strategy, major domestic oil companies have made efforts to enhance domestic oil and gas exploration and development. This paper starts with the annual plan review of the oilfield and describes the current status of productivity project benefit evaluation, project process management norms and benefit production classification standards in the process of oil and gas development.
