智能轮胎是信息技术和轮胎技术深度融合的产物,为轮胎智能制造的信息化、智能化和网络化创造了极好的发展机遇。智能轮胎的状态监测方法为轮胎生产、仓储、运输、销售和维修服务全生命周期的信息化管理提供了便利;其建模与控制技术方便了轮胎数字化设计与虚拟仿真的实现,为轮胎制造过程的智能化提供了便利;轮胎状态自动调节系统收集轮胎在不同路面状况、不同轮胎压力和不同速度下的信息,方便进行轮胎性能的分析,为轮胎制造过程的网络化提供了便利。但智能轮胎相关的轮胎材料和制造技术、传感器和芯片技术、实验测试技术以及智能化应用方面还存在一定的局限性,对智能轮胎技术在轮胎智能制造过程的实施提出了挑战。
