The four private networks operate independently and provide support for different ocean professional tasks. The SOA promotes the information integration, first with the network integration as the basic project. The integrated marine information communication network is the foundation for the integration of the following offshore network and the sea-related ministry network, the data resources and the business systems. This paper reviews the existing marine service private network and the integrated marine information communication network systematically and analyzes the shortcomings of the offshore data acquisition in the existing network in view of the characteristics of the multi-channel acquisition of the marine data.
