    中国应急通信系统的建设已初具规模,但应急通信系统的体系化应用能力尚不高,还需解决协同应急、精细化运营等问题。介绍了任务规划技术的内涵,阐述了任务规划技术在应急通信指挥调度中的应用进展,提出了利用成熟技术成果开展应急通信任务规划系统工程实践的思路。
