为推进鱼类物种鉴定,填补黑线鳕鱼核酸标准样品国内空白,本研究制备了黑线鳕鱼核酸标准样品。研究采用8家单位合作定值的方法,确定了该标准品的DNA质量为(2.02±0.07)μg,k =2;DNA纯度为(1.82±0.08),k =2。并对该标准品的均匀性、稳定性进行了测试,结果表明该样品均匀性与稳定性均达到国家标准样品的技术要求,可用于黑线鳕鱼物种鉴定中方法验证和质量控制。
