Permutation and combination method is used to find all possible replenishment schemes and technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution (TOPSIS) theory and particle swarm optimization (PSO) algorithm are taken into the mathematic model to calculate best solutions from possible replenishment schemes respectively.
