Topromote environment protection andconstruction of a sustainable energy system, as well asfurther accelerate China's modernization process, this article reviews the development history of green chemistry and the energy structure in China. Italsointroduces the connotations of green chemistry, their applications in chemical technology and the energy strategy in our country.
