以杂多酸H3PW12O40为催化剂,1-烯丙基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([Amim]Cl)离子液体为溶剂,在较温和条件下对微晶纤维素(MCC)进行降解实验。研究了反应温度、反应时间、加水量及催化剂用量等条件对降解反应的影响。研究结果表明,以离子液体[Amim]Cl(2.0 g)为溶剂,降解微晶纤维素(0.1 g,0.6 mmol),当催化剂用量为0.09 当量(eq)、加水量为0.07 mL、微波加热160℃反应30 min 时,微晶纤维素的降解效果最佳,其中可还原糖(TRS)的收率可达66.8%,葡萄糖收率为32.8%,纤维二糖收率为17.6%。
