某铜矿在进行膏体充填试验时遇到了流动性差的问题,为改善膏体的流动性能,进行了泵送剂的试验研究。通过测量膏体的坍落度和扩展度,考查了5 种不同的外加剂对膏体流动性能的影响。流动性测试结果表明,加入泵送剂C 后膏体的工作性能良好,最佳添加量为水泥质量的2.0%~2.5%。开展均匀设计试验,拟合结果表明,质量分数、尾废比与流动性呈现负相关,砂灰比与流动性呈现正相关。依据拟合方程得出膏体的推荐配比:质量分数为77.5%~78.5%,尾废比为4.5~5.5,泵送剂添加量为水泥质量的2.0%,砂灰比为8。优化配比的验证试验结果满足实际要求。
