With the influence of the interaction between the natural succession and the artificial interference, the LUCC changes rapidly and becomes the focus of current researches in this area. The analysis of the land use in the oriented zone has been completed in aspects of the quantity and the structure by interpreting the remotely sensed images of 1995, 2004 and 2010. The LUCC is analyzed based on the transfer matrix, and the picture of the land use variation. Furthermore, from natural and social aspects, the contributing factors are explored and analyzed by combining the current basic data source. The results show that the curves of all kinds of land use are dynamic in the oriented zone; the area of the construction land, the water, the salt field and the ponds is expanding; while the area of the grassland and the woodland is dwindling; The portion of the unused land keeps still large; and the complexity of the land use types increases constantly. The effects of natural factors and social factors work together, and influence the change of land use types in the oriented zone mutually.
