针对山区公路交通的安全问题,研究一种适用于重型货车的坡道运行安全监控系统。依据确定的监控指标,选用Freescale MC9S12DG128B 单片机,并设计信号采集、信号处理、数据通信等功能模块和人机交互智能仪表,构建了重型货车坡道运行智能监控系统。装车道路试验结果表明,该系统实现了对制动器温度、制动主缸压力、制动轮缸压力、制动管路压力、制动减速度、下坡坡度等参数的实时监测,能够给驾驶人提供车速、制动踏板位移、制动踏板力、环境温度和湿度等信息,且当制动器温度过高、制动管路泄漏、制动减速度异常时,能够及时提醒驾驶人,有效提高了重型货车坡道运行的安全性。

For the safety problem of heavy duty vehicles running on rampway, a study and design of a safety monitoring system is presented.
