针对传统矿井局部通风机控制系统存在的缺陷,设计了基于模糊控制理论的局部通风机智能控制系统.引入巷道温度、瓦斯浓度及巷道等效深度等参数,应用模糊控制理论建立变频器控制电压与现场温度、瓦斯浓度的函数关系,并建立考虑巷道等效深度影响的变频器控制电压计算方法,利用变频调速技术,实现了对局部通风机通风量的智能控制.实际运行结果显示,该智能控制系统能够保证掘进巷道的通风安全,可节约36.9%的电力消耗,且可实现局部通风机工作效率的最大化.

An intelligent control system of local fan based on fuzzy control theory was designed in view of the defects of control system of local fan in conventional mines.
