对于泵内固液两相流数值模拟,一般方法是将固体颗粒相视为拟流体,采用多相流的CFD 方法进行计算,但这难以体现固体颗粒形状大小、碰撞、凝聚和分离等特性。本文以工程中常用的IS 型离心泵作为研究对象,运用DEM 离散元法结合CFD 方法,采用EDEM-Fluent 耦合,模拟计算离心泵内非稳态固液两相流动,探索泵内固体颗粒群运动规律及其对外特性的影响。计算采用的固体颗粒密度为1500 kg/m3,泵入口固相体积率为15%,粒径在1.0~3.0 mm 范围内随机变化。计算得到了固液两相泵随时间的外特性变化,包括泵扬程、泵内固体颗粒体积的变化规律;得到了泵内固体颗粒群的运动轨迹和固相体积率分布等有价值的结果。
