This method has simple process and reduces the cost of calibration equipment, laying the foundation for line structured light engineering application.     利用线结构光视觉非接触测量技术的大量程、大视场、高精度、光纹信息提取简单等优点进行非接触测量大型机器及轨道等。分析了线结构光视觉测量传感器数学模型,利用构建的位于光平面上的标定特征点,提出了一种基于拉丝法的线结构光视觉测量标定方法,即先标定传感器相机的内外参数,再利用激光线与铁丝相交形成的点作为特征点标定光平面在相机坐标系下的方程。该方法降低了标定设备的成本,过程简单。标定结果表明:该方法标定满足测量要求。

    The line structured light vision measurement technology is widely used as a non-contact measurement technology.
