针对当前挖掘机功率控制中常用的转速感应控制方法响应速度慢的缺点,根据液压挖掘机动力系统中液压泵与柴油发动机的动力特性,提出了柴油发动机恒扭矩输入控制与转速感应控制相结合的复合控制方法,建立了基于Simulink 仿真平台的系统仿真模型,导入实际工况下的负载信号,对转速感应控制方法与复合控制方法进行仿真对比分析。仿真结果表明:复合控制方法比转速感应控制方法能更有效地稳定发动机的转速,减少发动机的最大掉速量,使液压泵能充分利用柴油发动机的输出功率,提高整机的效率。
