利用HY16429 粉尘云引燃温度实验装置,测定不同煤种不同粒径煤尘云的最低引燃温度,研究挥发分和煤尘粒径2 种因素对煤尘云最低引燃温度的综合影响。结果表明,同一煤种煤尘云最低引燃温度随粒径的减小而降低;当煤尘粒径≥250 μm 时煤尘云出现火星的温度受挥发分含量的影响较小,且不同煤种出现火星的最低温度相近;煤尘粒径较小时煤尘云最低引燃温度随挥发分含量的增大而降低。

Using the device for the HY16429 dust cloud minimum ignition temperature experiment, the minimum ignition temperatures for different kinds of coal dust clouds and different particle sizes are measured.
