To decrease the difficulty of oil well sand production management, moderate sanding techniques are usually used to maximize the benefit of oil and gas wells. Therefore, it is significant to develop oil-sand flow detection technology for timely and effective prediction and control of oil and gas well sand production. This paper proposes a method of flow detection in oil-sand phases based on acoustic emission technology. The method uses ultrasonic to measure the oil phase flow, also uses acoustic emission sensors to detect sand signal in oil flow, and build the experimental device of oil-sand flow detection, then analyzes the signal characteristics through specialized collection software. 疏松砂岩油藏开发过程中出砂问题日益突出,为降低油井出砂管理难度,常采用适度出砂技术以保证油气井效益的最大化,因此,发展油砂两相流检测技术对及时、有效预测和控制油气井出砂具有重要意义。本文提出一种基于声发射技术检测油砂两相流流量的方法,该方法利用超声波测量油相流量,采用声发射传感器检测砂粒在油流中的声发射信号,设计构建了油砂两相流声发射检测实验装置,通过专门编写的采集软件对特征信号进行分析处理。结果表明,保持其他条件不变,声发射功率随砂粒质量、油流速度增加而增大,随粒径增大而减小。建立了声发射功率与砂粒质量、粒度和油流速度三者之间的关系模型,进而获取砂相的流量信息。
