采用真空加压浸注法将三聚氰胺甲醛(MF)溶胶填充于木材内部,并经超临界干燥可得MF 气凝胶-木材复合材。扫描电镜(SEM)显示,MF 气凝胶在木材内部呈三维网络结构,X 射线衍射仪(XRD)分析结果表明,MF 气凝胶的填充也对木材的结晶特性并无破坏。傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)分析表明,MF 气凝胶和木材之间可通过化学实现有机结合,制备的复合材热稳定性有较大提高。对MF 气凝胶/木材复合材的物理力学性能的检测分析表明,其具有良好的尺寸稳定性、优良的力学性能和热稳定性。

Wood/melamine-formaldehyde (MF) aerogel composite was obtained by vacuum impregnation and drying with supercritical fluids.
