以黄瓜品种津春4号为材料,在黄瓜第1片真叶长至横宽5cm时,使用西芹根际区物的蒸馏水、丙酮和乙醇浸提液对黄瓜植株进行化感处理(灌根),测定处理后黄瓜叶片内几种酚类物质和氮代谢物质含量的变化,包括木质素、单宁、阿魏酸、绿原酸和氨基酸、可溶性蛋白质、氨、硝酸盐,以研究西芹根际区物浸提液处理后黄瓜植株对黄瓜枯萎病菌的化感抑制作用机制.结果表明,经西芹根际区物浸提液处理(灌根)黄瓜植株后,黄瓜叶片内酚类物质含量均升高;黄瓜叶片内氮代谢物质含量亦均有变化,含量升高的物质有精氨酸、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白质和氨,而甘氨酸、缬氨酸、蛋氨酸、异亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸和硝酸盐含量则低于对照;对于不同处理种类,丙酮浸提液处理的物质含量变化最显著,乙醇浸提液处理次之,蒸馏水浸提液处理变化最低.
