    针对现有液固体系中固相含量检测方法上的缺陷,研发了液固两相流声发射检测系统,并进行室内评价试验。利用自行编写的系统软件,在实验室条件下提取不同砂粒的浓度和粒度信息进行试验。结果表明,在粒度不变条件下,砂粒声发射信号的功率谱幅值随砂粒浓度增加而增加;在浓度不变条件下,砂粒声发射信号的功率谱幅值随砂粒粒径增加而减小。
