articleAbstract=美国学者布朗曾两次提出“谁来养活中国”。这个问题曾经一度引发决策层的高度警觉,也曾经深深刺痛了我们的自尊心。但是,现在我们可以挺直腰杆回答,中国人自己来养活自己！谁让我们有这样的底气呢？千千万万的中国普通农民！从这个意义上,我们可以说,目前,大量分散的小规模农户仍然是养活中国的主要力量。然而,由于工业化、城镇化进程的加快,大量农村青壮年劳动力进入城市务工,传统农业经营户不断衰退。我国现在进城务工人员超过2.4亿,城市化进程,每天都以吞并20个行政村的速度使农村逐步“萎缩”。如此下去,若干年以后,农村是否会从地理概念、风俗习惯、传统文化等方面逐渐消失？中国的自耕农群体是否也会伴之而逐渐破产或消失？目前,农村劳动力供给不仅面临着只剩下妇女、老人、儿童组成的“389961部队”的问题,更大的问题是缺乏高素质人力资源的问题。我们不只出现了“民工荒”,还出现了“农民荒”。我们不禁要问一句：“十年之后,谁来种地？谁来养活中国？”,
