采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,对离散杆战斗部的杆条排布及抛撒方式进行了较深入研究。在AUTODYN-3D平台上建立了离散杆战斗部三维有限元模型,采用Lagrange算法,对离散杆式战斗部的钢杆条和钨合金杆条在有、无填充材料时杆条抛撒进行了模拟。研究发现,杆条材料、缓冲材料对杆条抛撒行为有显著影响,装填合适的缓冲材料有利于减少爆轰产物的飞散,提高炸药的能量利用率。模拟结果为离散杆战斗部设计提供了有益参考。

The rod arrangement and scatters way for the discrete rod warheads are in-depth studied in terms of theory, numerical simulation, and experiment. By using AUTODYN-3D software, the three-dimensional finite element model of the discrete rod warheads has been established. Through Lagrange algorithms, the steel rod and the tungsten carbide rod of the discrete rod warheads with or without filling materials are simulated.
