Microstructure analyses by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Transmission Electron Microscope(TEM) and IR (Infrared spectrum) indicate that the absorptive groups can combine well with the magnetic particles. With respect to the magnetic properties of modified magnetic seeds and its absorbing dynamics for aqueous ions and organics, it is shown that both magnetic seeds enjoy over 90% of absorption rate,
