当强激光辐照光电探测器时,热效应是最主要的破坏机制。探测器表面吸收激光能量导致表面温度升高。温度升高到一定程度,探测器处于非正常工作状态,输出信号失真,不能准确探测信号。而探测器的温度场分布与探测结构和材料的物理性质有很大关系。为研究探测器内部的温度场分布,本文建立了热传导模型,利用Matlab软件数值模拟了激光辐照下探测器内HgCdTe光敏元的温度场分布,并对特定外界环境条件下,激光损伤阈值与胶层的厚度和热导率的关系进行分析,研究结果对探测器激光损伤效应提供有效的理论依据,同时也有助于研究HgCdTe探测器的激光防护性能。
