    为了解决绿色果品的质量安全问题,通过从果园种植到市场消费整个过程的关键信息的追踪记录,提出果品追溯过程所需要的指标,以Windows Server 2003为操作系统,以微软的Visual Studio 2008为系统开发平台,C#为开发语言,建立了符合EAN·UCC编码要求的、存储果品生产流通的一维条码可追溯信息系统,单独设计了果园产地、加工、流通和销售信息标签,用户可通过输入果品包装上溯源代码即可查阅所购果品的源头信息,以实现绿色果品的溯源。其中溯源信息包括果品产地环境、生产过程、产品加工、流通和消费等关键环节。
