    知母是临床常用药材,在多种中医复方中都有应用,其研究具有重要的临床意义。近年来,随着研究不断深入,更多的知母化学成分及药理作用为人们所了解,为临床治疗提供了启示作用。此外,由于早期在知母化学成分研究过程中出现不同研究者对同一化合物给出不同命名的情况,造成了知母化学成分命名混乱。因此,本文对知母中主要活性化合物的名称和结构进行了汇总,并综述了近年知母中单体成分的药理学研究进展,其中值得关注的是知母皂苷类成分的改善老年性痴呆和抗肿瘤活性的研究。

    Anemarrhena asphodeloides are commonly used in clinical practice and many Chinese formulas and their study is of important clinical significance.
