用60Co-γ辐射制备小鼠损伤模型,总剂量6Gy,恰玛古粉灌胃给药,观察实验小鼠体重、外周血象、脾脏和胸腺指数以及骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率的变化。结果显示,恰玛古粉对辐射后动物体重没有影响;恰玛古粉低剂量组对比辐射对照组,脾脏指数明显升高,恰玛古粉中、高剂量对动物免疫器官脏器系数没有明显影响,血小板有回升迹象。显示一定浓度的恰玛古粉对小鼠辐射后免疫系统和造血系统的损伤具明显防护和修复作用;与模型组比较,给药各组PCE微核率明显下降(P<0.05), 恰玛古粉和蜜膏具有一定的抗突变作用。由此得出,恰玛古粉和恰玛古蜜膏抗辐射效果近似。
