向钢铁冶金高浊废水中复配投加聚合氯化铝和膨润土,以浊度、CODCr的去除率为指标,通过对投加顺序、pH值、投加量、温度、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、原水浊度等因素的考察,确定合适的工艺条件。结果表明:在pH值为12,搅拌速度为200r/min,搅拌20min的条件下,先投加膨润土,后投加聚合氯化铝,膨润土和聚合氯化铝投加量分别为150和5mg/L,对于CODCr值在180~220mg/L范围内、浊度为9250~9480NTU范围内的钢铁高浊度废水,CODCr去除率可达80%以上,浊度去除率达到99.9%以上。处理效果优于膨润土和聚合氯化铝单独投加,且具有良好的经济性,为钢铁冶金废水的处理提供一种新思路,具有实际生产意义。
