At last, it shows that there are 18 cases cervical tumor methyltion in SacⅡ cleavage site and 8 cases cervical tumor methyltion in SmaⅠ cleavage site, on the contrary, there are 2 normal tissue methyltion in SacⅡ cleavage site and no normal tissue methyltion in SmaⅠ cleavage site.
