This paper presents a conflict management decision support system to eliminate the conflict and increase the product development efficiency using cybernetics and fuzzy theory. The operation mechanism of its four subsystems, that is, the forward feed control system, the monitoring system, the deductive decision-making system and the fuzzy decision-making system, is analyzed.
