    通过对组织样品前处理方法的深入探究,从提取和净化的每一个环节入手,改变提取时间和温度、萃取的振摇方式,以及净化时的滴速等细节条件,建立了高效液相色谱方法测定鸡肉组织中硝基咪唑类药物的残留量。结果表明:测定鸡肉组织中硝基咪唑类药物残留量的回收率由40%~50%提高到70%~80%,同时增强了标准的可操作性,优化了农业部236号公告发布的“动物性食品中硝基咪唑类药物残留检测方法”。

    A new HPLC method for determining the Nitroimidazoles in chicken tissues is proposed, based on the studies on the method of pre-processing of tissues and by adjustments of the time and temperature of extraction, the mode of shaking and the dropping rate during cleaning. The results show that the recovery rate is increased from 40%~50% to 70%~80%.
